New challenge for Commonwealth swimming stars

Some of Bath’s swimming stars of the Commonwealth Games will return to action at the European Championships in Berlin later this month. Impressive achievements by Bath athletes at Glasgow 2014

Athletes linked to the University of Bath produced some terrific performances at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games winning 27 medals - five golds, 14 silvers and eight bronzes. There were silver medals for University of Bath graduates Danny Talbot and Zoe Shipperley on the penultimate day of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games today (Saturday). Shipperley set for hockey medal

University of Bath Sports Performance graduate Zoe Shipperley is guaranteed at least a silver medal with the England hockey team at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games after they beat New Zealand in a tense semi-final this afternoon (Friday).
